At the Enclave we guarantee your build will take 9 months or less from excavation, but generally it is closer to 6 months.
Can I make customizations to the standard floor plans?
Yes. Donley Homes is semi-custom and will work with you to build your dream home.
What is involved in the pre-construction meeting with Mike Donley?
You will sit down with our President Mike Donley and go over your home plans to make sure it’s everything you want prior to excavation.
How will I receive updates during the construction process?
Mike Donley will email you weekly updates during your build and our internal platform gives you direct access to your updated schedule.
What is the process for purchasing a Donley Home?
Donley Homes requires a non-contingent pre-approval letter from your lender of choice, or proof of fund if paying cash, as well as a $30,000 deposit. Ask for the names of our preferred lenders.
Do I need a construction loan?
No, there is no need for a construction loan or to purchase the home site separately.
What are the HOA fees and what do they cover?
220 per month. This covers landscaping, including weeding and mulching the flowerbeds, and mowing the grass. Snow removal includes shoveling your sidewalk and driveway. And access to all of the community amenities.
What amenities are included in this specific community?
2300 sq ft clubhouse, with fitness center, community garden, walking paths, and a dog park.
