Floor plans range in size from 2,432 square feet to 3,975 square feet and offer 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5–3.5 bathrooms. This peaceful community is lined with sidewalks and includes a scenic pond with water features and a walking path. Community gardens and a neighborhood park and playground allow residents to socialize and enjoy the outdoors. The Meadowmoore Reserve Homeowner’s Association maintains the landscape and entrance feature and manages the upkeep and replacement of the community playground equipment.
